A unique cell phone carrier in Mexico

 The Oaxaca Sierra is one of the poorest regions in Mexico. For centuries, many of its indigenous communities have endured isolation, neglect and lack of opportunity. But for some, things are finally changing, after they decided to incorporate technology into their daily lives, as an agent of change. Harris Whitbeck reports.
